Women Techmakers Scotland, Google Developers Group Glasgow & Edinburgh and GDSC University of Strathclyde & Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 are thrilled to announce our upcoming conference to celebrate International Women's Day 2026! It will be a space for everyone to come together, share their experiences, and learn from one another.

We want this event to be one for women in tech to shine and share their skills and experiences.

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and promoting the participation of women in the Tech industry. With this in mind, we are open to receive applications to present on a wide range of topics, including technical topics and soft skills, such as (but not limited to):

If you are a new speaker, we will invite you to a session to help you prepare for your first talk!

We will also host a Students track where girls from Primary, Secondary School, Colleges and Universities can present their projects or share their experiences around learning about Tech and coding.
