Omar is the Managing Partner of the Fund and acts as both the CEO and CIO of Prudentia Digital. He was formerly the head of research and due diligence at Arrington Capital. Omar is responsible for the ultimate management of the funds, oversight of the investment committee, deal structuring, technical due diligence, and technical research at the Fund. He is also a former research fellow at: Birck Nanotechnology Center, Maurice J. Zucrow Laboratories, and Princeton-ExxonMobil E- ffiliates, Princeton University (Guggenheim Foundation fellowship, Harari fellowship), where he published 17 peer-reviewed journal articles and 17 conference proceedings on topics including: thermophotovoltaics, flame dynamics, combustion chemistry, fluid mechanics, turbulence, and solid rocket propellants.
