As the competency lead, Adam is responsible for capability development and has led a number of internal training sessions and classes. Adam is an organizer for the St. Louis Big Data IDEA (Innovation, Data Engineering, and Analytics) User Group. As an organizer for the St. Louis Big Data IDEA User Group, he has been a frequent speaker and master of ceremonies. Adam has spoken at local and national conferences including Gateway to Innovation, the TDWI Leadership Conference, Hadoop Summit, Stampedecon, the HDAA Annual conference, and HIMSS Big Data Health Care Analytics Forum.
