Amy currently serves as the Sales and Distribution Regional Vice President of Kansas. During her 25 year tenure at Farm Bureau Financial Services, she worked in many different capacities. The first half of her career was spent working on the operations side of the house where she learned the importance of systems, processes, and underwriting guidelines to assure our agency force was writing profitable business. In these roles she partnered closely with the agency force and supported them on many levels. While serving in this role, she began to truly understand the significant impact that our agency force has on families across our communities. Following this newfound passion and appreciation of the important work they do, she transitioned to Sales and Distribution, becoming an agent for the organization in 2009. From there, Amy was promoted to various leadership and management positions. Amy resides in Northeast Kansas with her husband Aric. Together they have three adult children and a beautiful grandson.
