Andrijano Djenisov is an AI Transformation Architect & Organizational Systems Designer with more than fifteen years of experience in entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and building organizations as intelligent, adaptive systems. He helps companies evolve from traditional structures into integrated, AI-driven ecosystems where people, processes and technology operate as a coherent whole.
Throughout his career, Andrijano founded and scaled multiple companies across technology and consulting, including ventures that served enterprise environments and public institutions such as Rabobank, ABN AMRO, the Dutch Tax Authority, the Ministry of Defence and SVB. His work spans organization design, workflow architecture, automation, AI adoption, team restructuring and cultural transformation.
In recent years, Andrijano has focused on guiding organizations through end-to-end AI transformation. He designs and implements advanced AI capabilities from automated decisioning and intelligent content systems to data-driven operational frameworks always with one principle: AI should strengthen human intelligence, not replace it.
