Angela Haas supports organizations in their transformation to a people-centred innovation culture. She focuses on creative strategies for dealing with complex challenges in society and organizations, as well as Human Centred Design in corporate management. She believes in a working method on equal footing with an agile and people-centred mindset. In addition to her experience in the ICT sector through her time as a Human Centred Design Expert at Swisscom, Angela brings a broad industry experience with, e.g., mobility, finance and insurance, healthcare, and education. Since 2019, she is a Partner at Creaholic.
Before moving to Switzerland, she was a driving force behind the entrepreneurial focus on Design Thinking at the Berlin management consultancy Partake. She started her career as a designer at Iomasmedia B2B Digital Communications and took over as head of the design department in 2007. Her academic background is a degree in Communication Design (FH) and she holds a Master of Arts in Creative Direction. She passionately promotes Entrepreneurship internationally in emerging markets such as Kenya, Rwanda and Bosnia Herzegovina, where she supports local knowledge building at universities and NGOs. She is invited to speak at international conferences and represents a new direction of leadership.
