A builder with a bias for impact. My mission is to create AI-native products that reach people at scale, and to elevate the teams that ship them.
As both a technologist and an operator, I live in the space between a hard engineering problem and the human insight that makes it worth solving. My deepest work is in AI-native platforms: recommendations, personalization, LLMs, RAG, and multi-model orchestration across B2C subscription, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. Technically fluent in Python, SQL, and GenAI tooling; close enough to the stack to earn engineering trust and move fast.
Currently Director PM at PayPal, leading onboarding, identity, compliance, and policy across 150+ countries. Previously at Netflix, Microsoft, and Toast. Before PM, I was writing code. Led orgs from 3 to 150+, including manager-of-managers structures across North America, Europe, and Asia.
