I have successfully partnered with top executives nationwide on executing M&A integrations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and transition to HR systems. Most recently, I managed the end-to-end integrations process for the Animal Health industry, where I developed a streamlined integration roadmap, managed the cross-functional integration project, and supported the practices and internal teams in the integration process.
