Dr. Anthony Randall transforms leaders and forges excellence through leadership development and executive coaching as Vanguard XXI’s President and Founder. He leads the Vanguard XXI team of a dozen professional coaches and executive leaders who have taught, trained, and coached over 15,000 professionals across the US military, professional sports, and corporate America.

He is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and proprietor of two ICF Coaching Courses.

He has the authored three books and multiple professional journals. His newest book, Practicing Excellence, will be launched October 1st at the 2024 Military Influencers Conference. His previous book, Practice Makes Permanent, is a highly sought after keynote.

Anthony is a West Point graduate, Army Ranger and retired Lieutenant Colonel with six combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as an Army Chaplain in Special Operations, LEOs, and the Pittsburgh Pirates.

He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership, a Japanese Jujitsu Black Belt, and BJJ Purple Belt.
