Arthur Pearson is Senior Advisor at Thompson Island Outward Bound where he served as President and CEO for 18 years. He founded the Outward Bound USA Professional Learning Lab in 2017 and for over five decades has worked as an instructor, field supervisor, program manager, executive director and board chair in the Outward Bound network from Maine to Florida. In 2022 he served as Interim Executive Director of Outward Bound USA. He currently serves as a Field Consultant for the National Summer Learning Association and as an Ambassador for the Afterschool Alliance.
