Ashley Thomas III is President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the nation’s oldest Black professional trade organization, founded in 1947 to expand access to homeownership and economic opportunity for Black Americans. A nationally recognized housing leader, Housing Policy & Wealth Equity Strategist, and 2026 Inman Power Player Award recipient, Ashley is leading a bold, solutions-driven movement to close the racial homeownership and wealth gaps.
