Ciera (she/her) lowers barriers to technology adoption and connects people with resources that enhance their quality of life. Her career path has included roles with The Walt Disney Company, Pearson, BARK, and HHAeXchange (formerly Sandata Technologies), in dozens of cities and three states. Delivering audiences from five people to over 40,000, she has worn many hats, including facilitator, instructional designer, quality assurance specialist, and manager. 

She now makes a difference at Denison University as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team, supporting the campus community through a major Workday system transition. Ciera is also a ProSci certified change practitioner, Bowdoin University Next Leaders Fellow, and MOR Leader.
