Darren Ellis has over 30 years’ experience in Business Strategy, Professional Accounting, Management, I.T. Systems Design & Development and Shared Service delivery for groups and individual businesses. Darren has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University in W.A. and is a qualified CPA along with being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management W.A. (FAIM), Member Australian Computer Society (MACS CP) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Darren was the co-founder and managing director of Minfos a Pharmacy ERP solution founded in 1988 and sold in 2003. Minfos provided accounting services and software to pharmacies Australia wide and is still prospering today. In 2004 Darren joined Professional Pharmacy Services (PPS) who provided accounting, payroll and marketing brand support services to a group of over 50 pharmacies Australia wide.

During his time at PPS Darren held the functional roles of CIO and CFO under the title of General Manager – Eagle Shared Services. After a restructure of PPS in 2018, Darren started a boutique accounting and management consulting practice Eagle Shared Services for Pharmacy, Retail, Construction and Service industries.
