I’m a Microsoft MVP in the Data Platform who didn’t take a traditional path into tech. My career started far from data, but curiosity and timing led me to volunteer at work when Power BI was first introduced. What began as helping out turned into a passion for transforming information into insights people could actually use.
As technology continues to evolve, I’ve learned that data is not just about tools. It is about people. Real change happens when people feel seen, supported, and part of the process. I try to bring that mindset into every project and session I lead.
I’m a lifelong learner who is always adapting to keep up with change. My goal is to help others do the same, especially those who never imagined themselves working in data, and to show that it is never too late to start learning something new
