Over James’ 20+ years in the IT industry he has built up a deep understanding of the challenges organisations face when transforming and adopting modern technologies. James has a deep passion for enabling modern end user experiences whilst also maintaining a strong security posture.

James holds a PhD in Military Radio Frequency Assignment Problems from the University of South Wales and several certifications from Microsoft. James joined Microsoft in 2017 where he worked with Financial Services Enterprise customers to help them understand the value of the move to Secure Cloud Management.

For the past 3 years James has successfully led partners to develop and launch market leading Microsoft Next Gen Windows Experiences solutions across various industries, such as healthcare, education, finance, and retail.

In May 2023 James joined Rimo3 as Field CTO for EMEA, where he helps customer accelerate and automate their application modernisation and journey to fully native Intune and AVD.

James lives in small seaside town in Southern England UK with his partner Amy and Barbet Zippo, he enjoys Surfing, hitting the gym, running and VR Flight Simulation.
