Dustin services as a Department Manager within the Burns & McDonnell Engineering Water Practice. He brings more than 16 years experience within utility planning and management with a focused effort in water, wastewater and stormwater systems. Dustin provides technical leadership to the practice for services including hydraulic modeling, master planning and development of data driven decision making tools for Utility operations, asset management and program management functions. He received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and a Master of Science in Water Resource & Environmental Engineering from Villanova University.
