Edwin Ochieng, E.I.T., CFM, ENV SP, is a Water Resources Engineer specializing in flood risk analysis, floodplain management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and stormwater infrastructure. His professional experience includes drainage studies, detention pond design, dam safety evaluations, FEMA floodplain compliance, and community flood mitigation projects across Texas.

Edwin has applied tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, and GIS to evaluate flood hazards, support resilient infrastructure planning, and develop engineering solutions that reduce risk to communities.
