From Hype to Infrastructure: Building Better AI Workflows & Ecosystems

AI has made it easier than ever to go from an idea to a working prototype. The harder part is turning that prototype into something people actually use.

This panel will explore the journey from prompt to production, focusing on what drives real-world adoption of AI products and workflows. We’ll discuss where AI projects tend to break down, how low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development are changing who can build, and what happens when a workflow needs to move beyond experimentation into production.

We’ll also look at the role of infrastructure, developer experience, community, and product feedback in helping AI solutions become part of everyday workflows rather than another tool that gets tested and abandoned.

The conversation will bring together builders and technology ecosystem leaders to discuss what it takes to build AI products and workflows that are useful, scalable, and adopted in the real world.
