Erica Swift is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she studied Computer Engineering.  She is currently a Software Engineer at the TVA, where she has
worked on systems ranging from configuration management to firmware for industrial IoT devices. Erica is equal parts hardware and software enthusiast and feels most at home in the lab surrounded by drill presses, oscilloscopes, and her MacBook. She does not actually program in Swift but it's only a matter of time before that's corrected. At home Erica can be found tinkering with Raspberry Pis, working on cars, watching documentaries, training for triathlons, volunteering in various capacities with the Society of Women Engineers and the Scenic City Summit, or teaching manners to her cat.
