I work at an unusual intersection: psychology applied to AI-powered operations design. I studied how the human mind thinks, decides and burns out before I learned to automate it. Today I do both at the same time and it turns out to be the most useful combination I've had in my career.
As Head of Operations at Dojo Coding, LATAM's developer learning and community platform, I designed the company's internal operating system: the processes, metrics and AI agents that hold up a bootstrapped startup running on a small team with a whole region to serve.
In parallel, I'm co-founder & COO of Blockchain Jungle, the tech summit I built from scratch in Costa Rica — three editions, 7,000+ attendees, a better-connected region.
My thesis: operations problems are almost never technical. They're human problems dressed up as docs, spreadsheets or "the workflow doesn't scale." Psychology taught me how to read them. AI gave me what to fix them with. That's what I do: design ops from psychology and AI, not from the management playbook.

Mi trabajo es un cruce: psicología aplicada al diseño de operaciones con IA. Estudié cómo piensa, decide y se quema la mente humana antes de aprender a automatizarla. Hoy hago las dos cosas al mismo tiempo y resulta que es la combinación más útil que he tenido en mi carrera.
Como Head of Operations en Dojo Coding, la plataforma de aprendizaje y comunidad para desarrolladores en LATAM, diseñé el sistema operativo interno de la empresa: los procesos, las métricas y los agentes de IA que sostienen una startup bootstrapped operando con un equipo pequeño y una región entera por servir. En paralelo soy co-fundadora & COO de Blockchain Jungle, el tech summit que armé desde cero en Costa Rica- tres ediciones, +7,000 asistentes, una región mejor conectada.
Mi tesis: los problemas de operaciones casi nunca son técnicos. Son problemas humanos vestidos de Documentos, Excel o de "el flujo no escala". La psicología me enseñó a leerlos. La IA me dio con qué resolverlos. A eso me dedico: a diseñar ops desde la psicología y la IA, no desde el manual de management.
