Graham is a Partner in leading IP Attorney firm Marks & Clerk and advises clients in a variety of IP related issues over a wide range of fields including digital technology, XR technologies, artificial intelligence and algorithms, electronics, electrical, software and video games. His clients range from some of the world’s leading multinational corporations and universities to fast growing SMEs and spin-outs.

Before entering the Patent Attorney profession, Graham worked in R&D for several years in industry on the development of new technologies in the semiconductor and energy technology fields, and is a named inventor on a number of patents. Graham is regularly listed in “IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Professionals”, and has commented on IP issues in publications as diverse as the Times, the Financial Times, the Scotsman, Computer Weekly and Business Insider. Graham is the author of M&C’s Metaverse and XR Report and has presented at a number of conferences on topics such as XR technology and protecting innovation. Graham has also guest lectured on IP and protecting innovation at major universities and has delivered well-received IP training to several business incubators and entrepreneurship programs.
