With 20 years in IT and 16 years dedicated to the world of Citrix and virtualization, I’ve learned that the most important part of any system isn't the code—it’s the human sitting in front of it.

I’ve spent the first half of my career "walking in the shoes" of internal Ops teams, which means I know exactly what happens after a consultant leaves the room. Today, as an Architect and Consultant, I bring that empathy to every project. My approach is simple: I don't care who made the mistake; I care about how we fix it and how we evolve so it never happens again. I live by the Pippi Longstocking mantra: "I have never tried that before, so I am most likely very good at it."

When I’m not standardizing user experiences or solving complex architectural puzzles, you’ll find me in the Danish countryside. I’m a father of four, a fan of heavy strategy board games (with a collection of 100+ titles), and a dedicated LEGO builder. Whether it's a 6,000-piece Rivendell set or a global virtualization rollout, I believe that if you follow the right blueprint—and keep the end goal in sight—you can build something wonderful.
