Ina Cabanillas Hansen is an emerging international voice on modern leadership, inclusion, and generational change. She is the founder and CEO of StudyBuddies, an award-winning EdTech platform designed to reduce student dropout and loneliness by creating inclusive, data-driven study groups that foster belonging and collaboration.

On November 14, 2025, Ina will publish her debut book How to Understand and Lead Gen Z, offering leaders practical tools to bridge generational gaps and build organizations where people thrive. She has been recognized as one of the Top 200 Global Voices on Diversity and Inclusion by LinkedIn, and was honored with the Young Inspiration of the Year Award at HER Awards 2025 for her impact as a young leader and founder.

With a background in organizational psychology, HR, leadership, and innovation studies at BI Norwegian Business School and UC Berkeley, Ina combines academic insight with lived experience as part of Generation Z. She is passionate about building systems, leaders, and workplaces rooted in belonging and inclusion, and she delivers keynotes, panels, and workshops that inspire leaders to rethink what “hard work” means in 2026 — and why humanity will always be our strongest competitive advantage.
