As a business and sales leader with over 20 years of experience, Ioana Birleanu co-created Growth Flourishing together with her wife in order to help entrepreneurs and leaders reach their next level of growth in a joyful and rewarding way. As a female LGBTQ+ immigrant to Canada, she believes that with true authenticity, aligning systems with values, and conscious practices for profitability, businesses can increase their positive impact on our world.
Ioana spent more than 16 years in a sales career for one of the largest tech companies in the world. Her experience spans over Europe and North America, ranging from being an individual contributor to leading multi-cultural diverse teams across Canada and becoming the first female sales director in Western Canada for the company. Today, she translates that knowledge into much needed support for entrepreneurs looking for ways to sustain their business with growing revenues and maintain their wellbeing at the same time.
