Jo is the Founder and CEO of Y Cewri. Jo founded this new business in 2026 following more than two decades of experience shaping public services across local, regional, and central government. A recognised leader in public sector design, Jo is the author of two influential books: Access for All, which tackles the systemic challenges of creating truly accessible public services, and Trio Writing, which explores how service design can better serve bilingual and multilingual nations. A Fellow of the Future Government Institute, Jo is currently completing a PhD focused on the design of public services for people with cognitive access needs - advancing the field at the intersection of inclusion, design, and public good.
