Neurodiversity as a Workplace Strength

This interactive session explores neurodiversity and inclusion through a human-centered lens. Participants will learn what neurodiversity is, how it shows up in the workplace, and why inclusive design benefits everyone. Through a mix of education, personal stories, simulations, and activities, the session introduces Universal Design for Learning (UDL), psychological safety, and strengths-based leadership as practical approaches to building more inclusive, productive, and innovative cultures. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of their own thinking styles and the strengths of others, helping them collaborate more effectively across differences. The session also equips participants with immediately applicable tools to increase engagement, reduce burnout, and contribute to a culture where people do their best work.
