How to destroy Happiness at work
In a time when many companies, our economy and our society are under pressure, ‘Happiness at Work’ is not a ‘nice to have’ feature. It is essential. The term may seem esoteric or, at best, sound like ‘soft skills’. The effects are brutal. In the best case, more sales and more profit are just as much a part of it as lower fluctuation and fewer bugs. On the negative side, you can expect quality defects, low employee engagement, inner resignation and social disadvantages.
To explain this, we first talk about what happiness actually means. What does a lack of ‘Happiness at Work’ do to employee motivation and what consequences does it have for a company? What role does ‘Happiness at Work’ play in software development and in the topics of this conference? What can I do as a developer to achieve an improvement?

Work” kein "Nice to have"-Feature.
