Born in Nagano, grew up in Sapporo, lives in Tokyo, Japan.
Served as the first part-time Digitalization Promotion Manager at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) from 2016 to 2021.
Promoted METI-DX and Govtech internally and externally, and worked to foster a culture and mindset that transcended the boundaries of not only the ministry, but also the public and private sectors.
From April 2021, he will be in charge of the MoC (Make our City) project at CfJ.
