Self-Doubt Doesn't have to be Crippling

We’ve probably all had an experience that has left us doubting ourselves. Sometimes that doubt is from a previous employer or just natural self-doubt. There are positive things that can be done to improve self-esteem, and they aren’t easy and will take effort. I have lived on both sides and have learned from experience that these things make a positive impact, but they take time and commitment. I’ve had experience working on teams that span multiple countries and had the pleasure of leading people spanning generational and social differences. Fostering trust, offering honest feedback, and keeping commitments comes a long way in healing. This session will cover some of the things we may hear in our professional lives and how one could respond to hopefully build the someone suffering from self-doubt back up. In the end helping them recognize the integral part of the team they truly are.
