Khadijah El-Usman is a digital rights advocate, legal practitioner, researcher, and policy expert leading Paradigm Initiative’s (PIN) Anglophone West Africa programs. As Senior Programmes Officer, she drives policy advocacy, strategic litigation, and capacity-building to advance internet freedom, digital rights, across the region.
With expertise in data governance, artificial intelligence, elections, and women’s rights online, Khadijah has successfully led coalition responses to legislation, policy dialogues, and digital security training for civil society, journalists, and the judiciary.
