Kim is a Release Manager and servant leader whose passions are relationships and team building, driving continuous improvement through collaboration, and coaching teams to success. With over 3 decades of experience in several industries, Kim has leveraged her servant leadership to build successful teams. Kim has experience in traditional project management methods, Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile frameworks. Kim believes in the power of sharing knowledge for the greater good and in that spirit, enjoys sharing her experiences through a variety of opportunities, including industry conferences.
Kim holds a BS in Business Management and several industry certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, CSM, A-CSM, SSM, RTE, and POPM.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, crafting, and spending time in the outdoors.
