My core research interest is the development and integration of streamlined, efficient prevention strategies into large-scale delivery systems, particularly middle and high schools. In particular, I am interested in how peer processes impact adolescent behavior and adjustment, and how these processes can be modified by prevention programs delivered with the support of technology. My current focus is helping teachers to implement strategies that support positive peer relations among students, which in turn can promote social-emotional skill development and behavioral/mental health.
