That observation became the foundation for his book, When Plan B Fails, and much of his speaking, advisory, and leadership work today.
As Founder and CEO of BizCom Global, Mark works with organizations to improve operational resilience, strengthen business continuity, reduce risk, and align technology decisions with business objectives. His clients span professional services, healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, engineering, manufacturing, and other industries where productivity, trust, continuity, and operational performance are critical.
