Mary started her career as a programmer analyst during Y2K and moved into Business Analysis where she has stayed for much of her career. Mary currently facilitates the creation of business cases during the initiation phase of large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects. She also co-leads the company’s Business Analysis Forum where BAs promote ideas and BA concepts across the company. Within the last several years, Mary has sharpened the focus of her analyst skillset to include Organizational Change Management, where she coaches and consults initiative owners and sponsors through change activities throughout the enterprise.
