Mathew Witte has sat in every seat at the strategy-execution table: frontline operator, hands-on technology implementer, executive buyer, and software CEO. He built that view over nearly two decades leading warehouse and delivery operations for a Fortune 500 manufacturer, where he ran a network of 50+ distribution centers, 2,000+ employees, and a $200+ million budget supporting more than $5 billion in annual sales, then guided the business through a top-to-bottom performance reset. He later took the CEO seat at the largest division of a global supply chain optimization company, where he reset performance across sales, consulting, and customer success and tripled historical EBITDA.
Today he is Founder of CatalystSC Partners, where he helps leadership teams close the strategy-execution gap and turn intent into operating reality. He serves on the University of Georgia Supply Chain Advisory Board and is the author of the forthcoming book The Execution Paradox, releasing October 2026.
