I lead the first community in Latam in the Worldwide format - Women in Agile Perú, whose purpose is to empower women through agility.
I became certified as a coach in Conscious Business Coaching with Fred Kofman, Leadership Development Advisor at Google, former Vice President of Executive Development at Linkedin and coach of C-Level executives from companies in Silicon Valley, such as Facebook and Yahoo.
