Nehal Singh is an immunologist and translational biomedical researcher with research experience spanning Harvard Medical School, Moderna, University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford, and All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Her work focuses on adaptive immunology, γδ T cell biology, cytokine signaling, chemokine-driven immune regulation, and translational immunology. At Harvard, she led studies investigating γδ T cell polarization in mouse models of colitis and melanoma, integrating flow cytometry, molecular biology, and single-cell immunology approaches to understand tissue-specific immune responses. She has also contributed to vaccine assay development and preclinical immunological studies in industry settings, supporting FDA submissions and translational therapeutic research.

Nehal has extensive expertise in flow cytometry, ELISA development, immune cell phenotyping, cell culture, and molecular immunology, alongside experience mentoring students and contributing to scientific education initiatives.
