Nick Finch is CTO and co-founder of inmydata, where he leads the development of AI-first infrastructure for enterprise.

inmydata is built on a simple observation. Nick brings around 20 years in data analytics and four years working hands-on with LLMs to that mission, having built production agentic systems across commodity trading, enterprise database administration, and operational analytics, integrating ERP data, financial markets, and external data sources at scale.

inmydata is AI-first in how it builds as well as what it builds. The team has developed a leading agentic engineering practice, where AI agents do most of the work under human supervision, and writes openly about how to do it well at inmydata.ai/blog. Nick speaks regularly at industry conferences and publishes on agentic architecture and engineering discipline, arguing that agentic AI compresses the SaaS UI layer to near-zero, while making the underlying business logic, data, and engineering practices that produce them more valuable when properly packaged for AI consumption.
