Pablo is an accomplished attorney and retired police officer with a passion for helping startup founders navigate the exciting and complex world of NFTs, Crypto, and the Metaverse. As the founder of Segarra Consulting, Pablo offers expert advice on the formation of business entities, business consulting, contract drafting and review, intellectual property, tokenization, NFT utility consulting, and other intricate issues facing Web3 founders. He leverages his legal expertise and experience to help founders utilize blockchain and digital collectibles to grow their businesses.

Pablo's focus on legal solutions for start-ups has allowed him to put his Juris Doctorate, earned at New York Law School, to good use. He has also dedicated himself to serving as a volunteer or consultant to large community organizations and nonprofits with a shared goal of empowering youth in inner cities and developing countries. Pablo also serves on the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Emerging Digital Finance and Currency, whose mission is to study and evaluate the legal issues and questions surrounding the expansion and regulation of the digital finance and digital currency industries in New York State.
