This is actually crazy, because nobody would tell experts in other industries like a doctor or a car mechanic how to solve a problem. So Pierluigi skilled up beyond code and became active in the early phases of IT projects: the Why and the What. He quickly realized that soft skills are a silent game changer for the quality of solutions and, above all, for career advancement. Through various management and leadership positions, he made it to C-level and finally decided to set up his own e-learning academy to teach soft skills to IT professionals.
