This allowed me to become Scrum Master certified in 2008. In questo talk vorremmo condividere la nostra storia partita due anni fa con introduzione di LeSS per poi aprirsi a unFIX e all'applicazione della Self Selection in un team di 70 persone. In particolare ci focalizzeremo sulla parte di motivazione e onboarding di tutte le persone per rendere l'evneto davvero profiquo. Il risultato sara' stupefacente anche per chi era contrario o titubante.
