Jessica Ellis-Wilson, CMPE is an accomplished consultant, speaker, and coach with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and nonprofit spaces. Board-Certified through the American College of Medical Practice Executives, Jessica is a Past President of MA/RI Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and is the founder and principal of the consulting firm Practical Management. A former executive leader, Jessica is also an accomplished actor, director, artist, musician, author, playwright, designer, fight captain, and intimacy coordinator. She now devotes her time to helping small businesses succeed and speaking worldwide on a variety of healthcare, leadership, and performing arts topics, with a special focus on leading change, the power of apology, confronting bias and equity, diversity and inclusion.
