Promise Akwaowo is a United Kingdom-based artificial intelligence governance, intelligent automation and product delivery practitioner who works at the point where promising technology meets the realities of live operations, user trust and accountable scale.

At Royal Mail Group, he contributes to automation and digitalisation within a complex national operational environment, helping shape solutions where reliability, exception handling, measurable value and clear human accountability matter as much as technical capability. Earlier in his career, he worked across financial technology and logistics technology, contributing to product strategy, onboarding, cross-border payment access, operational workflows and business-model transition.
