I am Annarita, for years I've been managing projects and people to achieve the best results possible.
I have worked in different companies, both in huge and in small ones and over time I have developed my management style, that is "coaching taking part in the activities”, I don't believe in the manager who only tells others what to do, but I believe it is nice and useful to work together, maybe with different focuses, since "together" is the key-word to work well and to obtain good results.
I also learned that a team must be heterogeneous. Sometimes a common approach can be "easier" but putting many approaches together towards a common vision is what makes ideas and solutions flourish.

I'm a happy mother, a convinced nerd, a musician on the weekend and if necessary I can also show off crochet blankets in full "grandma" style even if I have strange hair and some tattoos (which I don't know if grandma would have approved)
