Russ has been delivering IT user training, development and consultancy on a wide variety of applications – including Microsoft Office, the Adobe Suite, Lotus Smart Suite – since 2003, as well as having management and project management training and facilitation experience.
Since 2007, Russ has specialised in Microsoft SharePoint and later, Office 365, developing & delivering courses in SharePoint, InfoPath, Project Server, Nintex, Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI, to name a few.
Russ has overseen large scale training roll-outs for the likes of Tourism Australia, University of South Australia, and was heavily involved in the Elite End User Engagement training and exam on behalf of Microsoft New Zealand, amongst others.
Russ also presents regular sessions at SharePoint/Office 365 Saturday and SharePoint User Group events around Australia, just as he did back in the UK, and has also presented at the European SharePoint Best Practices Conference in London.
