Lean CISOs - Thriving Through Adversity (2020 and Beyond)

The Lean CISO panel will address how several InfoSec practitioners, leaders, and analysts were able to thrive through community, leadership, and fellowship during the recent COVID-19 pandemic, social unrest, fires, and murder hornets; however, the lessons learned can be applied to any terrible situation. Given the level of burnout in our industry, it is paramount that we take a step back and learn to thrive through any adversity.

Travel with these cyber security leaders through their 12-month journey and strategy regarding working remotely, setting goals with health and wellness, and developing a way to maintain connections through common interests.
