I’m Sophie, a human risk content and training specialist working in cybersecurity awareness. I create training and content that help people understand security, make safer decisions, and build a culture where asking questions and reporting concerns feel normal.

My speaker talks explore human risk and culture with a question many organisations struggle with: why do people still click when they know the risks?

The answer often sits in the working day. Deadlines, distractions, urgency, and trust can change a sensible decision in seconds. I bring those moments to life through relatable stories, everyday examples, and practical ideas audiences can use immediately.

My signature talk, “When the Ice Cream Starts Melting: Why Humans Still Click,” explores the gap between knowing what to do and doing it under pressure. It invites audiences to look beyond training completion and consider whether their security messages, processes, and expectations work when life gets busy.

I offer a warm, engaging perspective on human behaviour, security culture, and education, making complex ideas accessible without losing their substance.

Audiences leave with ways to make security communication clearer, reporting easier, and safer choices more achievable. My aim is to help organisations understand the people behind the decisions, so they can build security that works in everyday working life.

I also do panel speaking and lightening short talks.
