Sandra Coutu started her career as a classical musician allowing her to travel the world. Intrigued by the IT domain and looking for new challenges, she decided to go back to university in computer science. Sandra occupied many technical roles as consultant in several data projects. Ten years ago, she started to lead IT teams and her passion is to transform them into a reference of efficiency. Her vision, invest in talent that are willing to learn and improve for the good of the team/company and use each challenge or constraint as an opportunity to transform and improve.
Sandra joined the National Bank of Canada in May 2017 to lead the Corporate Data team. Today she is leading the IT teams of Customer Information Domain, Customer Engagement Domain and the Corporate Data team.
