Scott Borba serves as Superintendent/Principal of Le Grand Union Elementary School District in California. With more than two decades in K-12 education as a teacher, principal, and district leader, Scott is known for helping schools strengthen instructional leadership, build collective efficacy, and improve the student experience.

He chairs the Merced Principals Network, a countywide leadership collaborative, and actively supports regional and statewide leadership initiatives. Scott is the author of The Leader You’re Not… and Why It’s Just as Important as the Leader You Are, and is co-authoring When Everyone Believes, a practical guide to activating collective efficacy in schools.
