Scott has been married for 40 years, has 3 grown children, and two beautiful granddaughters (and a new grandson on the way).
Scott is an active member of the Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC) serving on the Communications Committee and is the President Emeritus of MISAC’s Northern Chapter. Scott is also the Chairman and founder of the newly formed Western Regional Innovation and Technology Alliance (WRITA) – an organization that allows State, County, and Local government agencies along with Special Districts to connect and share information across its 7 member states (AZ, ID, MT, NM, NV, UT, WY).
